In your opnion, why is so hard to save the planet?

It's hard to save the planet because we are a fully capitalist society, where there is interference of the competition in the preservation of the environment. It's though this characteristic that we saw what happened with the decline of the Banks when government cooperated with more than 100 (hundred) billion dollars, and to help planet would be only 7 (seven) million. This proves that man be is more concerned with capitalism, or obtain more profit. and do not value something so important which is our planet, and every day by day it's hard to save it.
